Gathering customer feedback is crucial for developing an excellent product. Qualitative data (customer interviews, product reviews, open-ended survey questions) is highly valuable for gaining an understanding of the customer’s needs and pain points. However, organizations often become overwhelmed by qualitative feedback and struggle to process it in a way that can lead to actionable insights.

Our Product Ops Assistant will coordinate a proven process for analyzing customer feedback that results in a clear document summarizing the top 3-5 identified themes and pain points that the Product Leader can share across the organization, as well as use to inform the Product Roadmap.
