Our pricing is based on a retainer-model broken down into three simple plans: The Starter plan is based on an average availability of 50 hours per month, the Premium plan is based on 100 hours per month, and the Dedicated plan is based on 150 hours per month.  These timeframes take into account holidays, sick leave, vacation time, training, et cetera. Every month, we’ll be monitoring and reporting on the actual number of hours that were available to your organization. After every six months or when the contract is terminated, when the actual availability was lower than the contracted availability, the time not available is deducted pro rata from the (next) invoice, or paid back to you.
